Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original Opulent Vogue packaging, ensuring all designer labels and authenticity cards are included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous shipping stickers.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
